ALL HAIR SALES ARE FINAL — NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES CAN BE MADE. 

SHIPPING AND BILLING ADDRESS MUST MATCH YOUR DEBIT/CREDIT CARD THAT YOU USE OR YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED.

 

SHIPPING & REFUNDS

All orders are shipped through UPS or USPS. Once your order is placed no cancellations can be made. Exchanges are only acceptable if THERE WAS A MISTAKE ON OUR BEHALF.  (ALL HAIR MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 48hrs). Your exchange will be declined if the hair is not in the original state that you received it in. NO TIES CAN BE CUT ON THE HAIR. Your exchange will also be declined if the hair is not shipped back within 48hrs. No refunds with be issued for abandoned and refused shipments. 

PRE-ORDER Turn Around Time

If you purchase bundles that are not available in stock, the turn around time is 3-8 business days. An email will be sent as soon as your package has been shipped, providing information about your shipment.
