No address changes can be made once your order has been placed. Please be sure to check that you have entered the correct address and included any extra information needed such as an apartment number. To prevent fraud, your billing and shipping address must be the same as your card. NO EXCEPTIONS. Once your package is received by USPS we are no longer responsible or liable for the delivery of them. If you have any issues with your package please contact your local USPS office The cookie settings on this website are set to 'allow all cookies. After the processing time is complete, your order is shipped. Shipping takes 3-5 business days to reach you once it leaves our facility. Processing time is 1-14 business days. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase.

NineThirtyHerBrand is not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service or UPS and file a claim. If you selected Route Protection at checkout your package is fully covered from loss, damage, or theft for the subtotal amount. Please submit your claim through Route Protection.
