All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, all hair sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be granted unless the error is on our behalf.

Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted if a mistake was made on our end, and the hair must be returned in its original condition within 48 hours of delivery. Hair ties must remain intact. Exchanges will be denied if the hair is altered or returned late.

Pre-Order Turnaround
Pre-order bundles may require 3–8 business days before shipping. You'll receive an email with tracking info once your order has shipped.

Order Cancellations
No cancellations can be made once your order is placed. Please double-check your details before checkout.

Shipping Policy
Shipping takes 3–5 business days after processing. Processing may take 1–14 business days depending on order volume. You’ll receive tracking details via email once shipped.

  • Shipping & billing addresses must match your card to avoid fraud. Orders that don’t meet this requirement will be cancelled.
  • No address changes can be made after placing your order.
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once shipped. Please contact USPS or UPS to file a claim.
  • If you selected Route Protection, your order is insured against loss, theft, or damage. Please submit your claim directly through Route.

Late Deliveries
We are not liable for delays due to weather, holidays, or courier issues.

Additional Shipping Fees
Customers are responsible for any additional shipping fees due to incorrect addresses or failed deliveries.
